Nicholas Beale leads the strategy practice. He has a BA and MA from Cambridge, where he read Mathematics at Trinity College. He worked for McKinsey before founding Sciteb in 1989.

He has years of experience in strategic innovation & technology, which he has honed to develop highly complex & value-adding innovation.

He is a FRSA; FIMA; Freeman of the City of London; and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.

Christine Beale

Christine Beale leads the search practice. She has a BA and MA from Cambridge, where she read Modern & Mediaeval Languages at Newnham College. She worked for Saxton Bampfylde from 1991-1996. 

This experience has led to years of successful placements, with NEDs and Chairpersons across the FTSE owing their positions to Sciteb.

Her ability to build close & lasting relationships places her in an excellent position to draw on a network of brilliant thought & industry leaders to assist with strategy development.

Nicholas & Christine are supported in their work by a brilliant team with skills covering financial analysis to software engineering.
